Currently an international student here. Was looking for some recreational skates to go skating in the winters. Got an amazing pair of recreational skates for a really good price! The staff was amazing, answerd all my questions and gave me the perfect fit as well!

If I could give a zero, I would. I just left the store and have never been treated so disrespectfully. The salesperson left me for 10 min unattended under the guise of getting me more information about baseball bats. Instead my husband found him talking about his former “glory” days playing hockey with another patron. He had not even started the task at hand while I waited. I will never go back, and give them my money. My time is too valuable.

I had a discrepancy with a credit on my account that showed I owed money instead. I met with the owner, and despite being super busy, he took the time to hear me out. He did his fact-checking and verified my claim, giving me my money back without any issue. Staff at the store are very helpful with making sure my kids have proper fitting ringette equipment. They'll have my business for as long as I live here.

Their skate sharpening robot does a terrible job, and I assume the guys they have working it, don’t know how to properly adjust it. I had my skates sharpened there twice, and both times one edge of the blade was significantly lower than the other edge. If you want a good sharpening, find an old guy with a traditional sharpening machine.
